Yadda ake mayar da hakora farare a cikin awa daya



Kowa yana so hakoransa su koma farare musamman idan mai yawan murmushi ne. Zuwa wajen likitan hakori lokaci bayan lokaci zai taimakawa mutum wajen samun hakori mai haske. - A guji cin abincin da zai dafar da hakori.
- Amfani da man goge hakori mai saka haske.
- Amfani da Whitening strip.
- Amfani da whitening pen.
- Aje wajen likitan goge hakori.
- Amfani da injin laser.



Hanya ta daya: amfani da abubuwan gida


1. Amfani da baking Soda. Idan aka samu baking soda zata taimaka wajen haskaka hakorin mutum a cikin mintuna kadan.
- A sami tawul ko tsumma mai kyau sai a goge hakoran da kuma ragowar yawu dake jikin su. A jika brush na goge baki sannan a tsoma shi a cikin baking Soda din. Sai a goge baki da ita kamar yadda aka saba yi kullum, a bawa hakoran 16 dake gaba muhimmanci. A goge bakin kamar na mintuna uku.
